LETTERS OF ELIGIBILITY
In order to obtain an eligibility form as a godparent or Confirmation sponsor, you must have received Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation and, if married, be in a valid Catholic marriage. You must also be a registered parishioner for at least 3 months and come in person to the Parish Office.
Only one practicing Catholic is necessary as a godparent in Baptism.
